Project UpdateJuly 23, 2025Zona Cultural Streets(Commerce / San Saba / Santa Rosa)  Goodwill Access Update  The contractor will be adjusting the roadway on Laredo (between Commerce to Dolorosa) to provide two-way traffic on Laredo from Dolorosa in order to provide an entrance and exit to Goodwill Parking lot as early as July 25, 2025 thru end of September 2025, barring any unforeseen conditions and weather. The contractor will proceed with roadway excavation and concrete pavement on the east side of Santa Rosa (Dolorosa to Commerce) which will be closed for reconstruction.  What you need to know: As early as July 25, 2025 thru end of September 2025, barring any unforeseen conditions and weather, the Goodwill entrance and exit will be provided on Laredo from DolorosaGoodwill entrance to be closed on Santa RosaThe remainder of the block of Santa Rosa (Dolorosa to Commerce) will be closed for reconstruction.Westbound Commerce traffic will proceed west to Pecos and detoured south to Dolorosa; traffic will proceed east bound past Santa Rosa, turn left on Laredo and directed into Goodwill parking lot.Traffic exiting the parking lot will proceed to Laredo and directed south to Dolorosa.See map provided
