Temporary Closure Notice: Maverick Library

Good news: You asked — we listened. In response to community feedback, Maverick Branch Library is getting a much-needed HVAC upgrade to improve comfort and service for the community.

Bad news: To complete the work, the library will temporarily close starting June 9, 2025, for approximately 14–16 weeks.

In the meantime, residents can access services at nearby branches such as  Igo Library, 13330 Kyle Seale Pkwy, and Great Northwest Library, 9050 Wellwood St. Library leadership is working to secure an interim location nearby for services – stay tuned!

Thank you for your patience as we invest in a stronger Maverick Branch Library.
